About Tobacco Free Blackford County
Tobacco Free Blackford County is a grassroots tobacco control coalition located in Blackford County, Indiana. TFBC is funded through the Indiana State Department of Health Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Division. The Tobacco Free Blackford County coalition focuses on middle and high school prevention and cessation, point of sale awareness, coalition building, and promoting the Indiana Tobacco Quitline.

Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Coordinator -
Grace Christman Our Coordinator, Grace Marshall-Christman, is located within the Blackford Jr./Sr. High School. Grace is a 2019 Blackford High School Graduate and is passionate about positive health outcomes in the Blackford County community. Grace graduated from Indiana University Kokomo in December of 2021, and is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Health at Indiana University Bloomington. Grace has worked in the substance use prevention and public health fields for three years. |
